Behind the Scenes
Meet Gloria. She is one of 25 staff members at our local Colorado production kitchen preparing Grab & Go products seven days a week. She's worked with us for four years and is in charge of making sure that the food we serve you meets our high standards. She along with all of the other team members meticulously prepare our fresh products from scratch daily.
After Vert Kitchen, our Café in the Wash Park Neighborhood of Denver, became loved and craved by many loyal and wonderful customers, we began getting requests for healthy options on the go. In response, we started Overt by Vert Kitchen in 2013. “Overt” means nothing to hide and out in the open. We put the ingredients front and center on the labels and never looked back. This is food that we eat, and now bring to you.
Eating food out of a box shouldn't be boring or bland. It should taste fresh, authentic and gourmet. Anytime we create a new grab and go item, it's our mission to provide something different yet familiar.
We only use certified organic produce; all of our oils and pantry ingredients are non-gmo and/or organic; all meats are ethically raised and hormone free. We are always setting a new standard and seeking out the freshest produce and ingredients.
We pride ourselves on selling high quality, healthy and organic grab and go products.
